OUR MISSION
Unmanned Tactical Group’s mission is to bring state of the art training, expertise and resources to public safety and governmental agencies. Our goal is to equip todays first responders with the much needed training and tactics necessary to save lives, protect the public and to protect each other.
OUR PURPOSE
As UAS programs began to grow inside of Public Safety organizations, we saw a need for more standardized and specialized training. As Public Safety Professionals with decades of experience in the management, policy and implementation of these programs, we wanted to bring the leaders in the industry to the forefront offering affordable training which covers all disciplines from the foremost experts in the industry today.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Our Instructor cadre is made up of current and former public safety professionals with decades of experience in both their professional career and years of experience operating UAS in all disciplines of Public Safety.
Scott Mlakar is an Assistant Chief (Ret) with the Willoughby (OH) Fire Department where he has served for 40 years. He is a paramedic, hazmat specialist, technical rescue coordinator, fire investigator, FAA Remote Pilot. He developed and is the Chief in charge of the Lake County Public Safety Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) team.
